Our Organic Garbanzo comes from Mexico.

Chickpeas contain a range of nutrients, including protein, which is necessary for bone, muscle, and skin health, and diabetes. 

Chickpeas are full of with vitamins and minerals. These include choline, which helps your brain and nervous system run smoothly, as well as folate, magnesium, potassium and iron. For good measure, chickpeas are also high in vitamin A, E and C. 

You can use chickpeas and cook them in many forms such as Desert, appetizers, garbanzo soup, add them to an alkaline grain bowl and more.
