Return and Refund Policy
Our return and refund policy ensures a seamless experience for our customers. We value your satisfaction with our products and offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
To initiate a return, follow these steps: Contact our customer support team at info@africanbiomineralcellfood.com to request a return authorization.You will receive a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of our error or a defective product. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
For European Union customers, there is a 14-day cooling off period that allows you to cancel or return your order for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply for eligibility: the item must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations
For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, the return policy will apply.
